Beach room / Villa Accommodations
We have on offer a total of 6 select rooms, out of these 4 are of Standard Quality and 2 are of Deluxe Quality.
You have a choice of selecting ground floor rooms or first floor rooms depending on your choice. On the ground  floor you get a mini landscaped lawn with metallic garden chairs and on the first floor you get unobstructed views of the surrounding village scenery.

We give genuine 100% beach accommodations. Our holiday rooms are located bang on Sinquerim Beach. From our Bon Appétit property one can see at a glance the Bon Appétit Bar & Restaurant, Bon Appétit Rooms the Arabian Sea and Sinquerim Beach all in one glance.

All 6 rooms come with attached baths & toilets. Water heater, AC, Kettle, Fridge & Cable TV. Morning newspaper is delivered to rooms and we also provide laundry service, chargeable extra.
